David Kendall - Fighting for a Fair Deal in Brentwood and Ongar

As a local resident, small business owner and Councillor, I am delighted to be contesting the Brentwood & Ongar seat for the Liberal Democrats at this General Election. After 14 years of Conservative Government our country desperately needs a change of direction and a fresh start.

I know that the cost of living crisis is overwhelming thousands of local residents. People have told me they feel worse off and don’t trust Sunak’s Conservatives to improve things.

The Government has

• Let the NHS spiral out of control,
• Left over 7 million people waiting for hospital treatment
• Made people wait for hours for an ambulance, weeks to see a GP and months for urgent cancer treatment.

As if all that isn’t enough, water companies are being allowed to pump filthy sewage into our rivers and seas, damaging our environment.

The Liberal Democrats and I will fight at Westminster
