I have lived in Warley for over 35 years and am a director of an IT consultancy company that I set up in 2005, which is also based in Brentwood. I have been a Borough Councillor since 2021 and am currently vice-chair of the Planning Committee. I am also a trustee of Headley Common and a representative for the local charity, SNAP, and am passionate about Brentwood and Warley and ensuring that they continue to be a great place to live."

Cllr Jay Laplain

I have lived in Brentwood for 17 years, moving here with my wife to be closer to the BT office, where I have worked for BT for 25 years. I am a grandfather to six granddaughters. I have been councillor for Warley since 2019, sitting on various committees, and was Deputy Leader of Brentwood Borough Council in 2023/4. I want to ensure that greater prosperity for the Borough should not come at the expense of the green space the Borough enjoys, and to provide the necessary service and support to all residents.
