Cllr Barry Aspinell

Barry has been a Brentwood Councillor for the last 42 years and is currently the Leader of Brentwood Borough Council and Chair of the newly formed Clean & Green Committee. He has also served as an Essex County Councillor for 18 years. Barry’s main priorities for our borough are better repair of potholes, protecting our green belt, reducing our carbon footprint and providing more affordable housing for our next generation.

Cllr Vicky Davies

Vicky has served as a Borough Councillor for Pilgrims Hatch for the past 14 years, and is a former Mayor of the Borough. Amongst her priorities are tackling antisocial behaviour, striving to get quality maintenance of our housing stock, provision of affordable social housing and protecting precious green open spaces. As a former hospital Sister, she has also been a Healthcare trainer. Vicky is a member of the Rotary Club of Brentwood and is President this year.

Cllr Mark Lewis

Mark Lewis is a long-time resident of Pilgrims Hatch, and for the past five years has been a councillor for next door Brentwood North ward where he has been an active, much respected and liked councillor. He and his wife, Jayne, founded the well-known Escape Animal Sanctuary which is based at Crow Green Lane and is home to many rescued and distressed animals ranging from horses, donkeys, to sheep and goats. Mark is also a Managing Director for a financial services company based in the City of London.
