Emergency procedures "impressive" says Cllr David Kendall

"Very impressed" was the view of County Cllr David Kendall after attending a scrutiny meeting to demonstrate planning and procedures that are now in place to deal with any major incident in the County. He said: "Essex has more major accident hazard sites than any other county in the Eastern region so it is was very important that councillors not only review this issue but have a clear understanding of how everything operates should a major incident ever occur." "I was very impressed with professionalism and expertise shown by all those that took part in this review."
