Shenfield: Courage Park improvements

Cllr Liz Cohen is making progress with her efforts to improve Courage Playing Fields.

The Shenfield councillor said:

"I met the Parks Officer last week to discuss the exciting plans for refurbishing and improving the Courage's

swing park in Shenfield. I have spent time going around to many parks locally to see what we can add to our's taking into consideration the environment and residents around the vicinity. We hope we can move to a design stage over the next few months and aim to carry out the work over the winter period, so the park is not out of use during the summer.

"I am very excited to make this park work for all ages of children, and also taking into consideration our not so able children. I can't wait to see the finished product and the children enjoying themselves in the future.

"At long last Shenfield is not forgotten."
