With the Brentwood pothole situation seriously out of control, we look at some of the most notable potholes in Brentwood:

Cllr Graeme Clark, Shenfield Lib Dem Councillor:

"It's on the way out of Shenfield, on the Chelmsford Road, just at the point where the 30mph limit changes to 40mph. You may have noticed it yourself. Obviously as it's in the perfect position for the left wheels of traffic to hit, it's going to get longer and deeper in the direction of travel very quickly. That probably explains its shape."
