Well-known Local Councillor and a Brentwood resident of 17 years, Jay Laplain is standing for re-election after a successful 4-year term representing the local Warley community.
Jay has worked hard to ensure direct action was taken in a variety of areas including housing, planning, fly-tipping, traveller incursions, tree-planting, and potholes to name but a few.
Jay's focus areas for his next term will be getting King George's Playing fields redevelopment finally finished, protecting the green belt, which is under threat like never before, police visibility, and tackling the pockets of anti-social behaviour in our area.
