Fairfield House planning application

Cllr Sarah Cloke, Brentwood West, has requested that the application for "adding a third floor to the existing office block to create 4 x 1 bed flats, removing the staircase and re-cladding the whole building, alterations to fenestration and adding a new entrance canopy and bin storage" to Fairfield House in Fairfield Road be referred to the planning committee for further consideration.

If agreed, this will likely go to the planning committee on 18 December 2019 at 7pm.
