Cllr David Kendall to take on Alex Burghart at General Election

Well known, local Councillor and Campaigner David Kendall has been re-selected as the Liberal Democrat Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Brentwood & Ongar and will be the clear challenger when he takes on Alex Burghart at the next General Election.

David has lived in the Borough of Brentwood for over thirty years and during that time has helped thousands of residents whilst serving as a Borough Councillor and a County Councillor. He owns and operates a small business serving the local community from his home in Blackmore.

During his career he has worked for a number of major companies in senior sales and marketing roles and in more recent times spent five months working for the NHS during and after the covid crisis.

He is well known in the local community for being Chair of the Brentwood Bus & Rail Users Association and a member of the Brentwood Business Partnership.

The recent Borough Council Election results prove beyond doubt that in Brentwood & Ongar it's only David Kendall and the Liberal Democrats that can provide a serious challenge to the Conservatives.
